Who we are
Clockwise Ventures is a private investment group, based in New York City.
We get our thrill from building on already-profitable businesses, as well as revitalizing distressed businesses.
We typically invest in, merge or acquire the companies we work with.
Our current focus is primarily on food, healthcare, retail, and consumer goods, yet we will as well consider a range of industries from adventure parks down to content creation.
We recognize that business owners have invested their life and blood into their businesses, and often it is their pride and legacy. We seek to maintain that status and keep legacies intact.
We favor a nimble approach, getting ahead wisely, one tick at a time. We get in, learn all about your business and then implement adjustments accordingly.
Our experienced management team, coupled with consolidating services such as bookkeeping, payroll, marketing, as well as our buying power, allow us to boost the business's efficiency and ultimately, the bottom line.
